Summary: Some ASM collection scan results may be delayed Description: We are experiencing an issue with Mandiant Attack Surface Management. Our engineering team is aware of an issue affecting some customers' collection scan results. These results may be delayed by up to 24 hours, and customers may also notice a temporary change in the reported entity count. Engineers have identified the root cause and are currently implementing a solution. We expect all affected collections to be fully processed within 48 hours. We will provide an update by Thursday, 2024-11-21 17:00 US/Pacific with current details. Diagnosis: Customers may notice delayed collection scan results and a temporary change in the reported entity count. Workaround: None at this time.

"We are aware that some users are experiencing difficulties logging into CPOMS products. Our engineering team have identified the issues are are working to resolve them. In the mean time a number of these issues can be resolved by clearing your cookies or browser cache, or by logging in via an InPrivate/incognito browser. Thank you for your patience"
