Students may be experiencing an issue with a recent ChromeOS LTS version 144.0.7559.257 that prevents Core5, PowerUp, and Lexia English from operating properly on affected devices. The recommended resolution is a minor update to ChromeOS version 144.0.7559.258 or a later version. This update includes a fix that has resolved the issue for devices that have been updated.

A significant number of Polycom devices are back online, and service has been restored for the majority of affected users. We are continuing to work with our underlying provider to address the remaining service degradation affecting a subset of users whose Polycom devices remain offline.
